Garage storage for Calabasas homes
Full-height storage walls, counters and shelving for Calabasas garages, finished to suit the house and built to order in our Newbury Park shop.
Garage cabinetry that matches the house
Conejo Woodworks designs, builds and installs garage cabinets for homeowners in Calabasas. In larger homes the garage is often seen as much as any other room: it is the entrance you use every day. A storage wall finished to the same standard as the rest of the house keeps it organized and makes it feel like part of the home.
Calabasas garages
Calabasas sits in the hills where the 101 crosses into the Santa Monica Mountains. Its housing ranges from 1960s and 1970s neighborhoods to planned communities such as Calabasas Park and larger custom homes in gated communities in the hills.
Bigger homes here often have garages with room for a full storage wall plus a work counter, while older homes benefit from cabinets that make a smaller garage hold more.

From white painted to light oak
Finishes in our garage work range from white painted flat-panel doors with black bar pulls to light wood and oak. Next door in Hidden Hills we built long runs of white flat-panel cabinets, a corner of tall, wall and base cabinets, and a white counter run under shuttered windows; those are the photos below.
We measure on site, plan around doors, windows, outlets and parking space, and show you the layout in 3D before anything is built.
Wood cabinets vs. metal garage systems
Our garage cabinets are built in our shop like the rest of our cabinetry, in finishes from white painted to light wood and oak. Metal garage systems are a different kind of product: most come in standard module widths, so a wall of them often ends with gaps and fillers.
A built-to-order wood storage wall is sized to the garage itself: it can run full height, wrap a corner, clear the garage door track, stop short of a water heater or include a bench under a window, and the doors can match the style of the house. If your garage is mainly a heavy-tool workshop, tell us at the consultation and we’ll talk honestly about whether our cabinetry is the right fit.

Questions about your project
Can garage cabinets match the rest of my home?
Yes. Everything we build is made to order, so the cabinet style and finish can follow the rest of your home or a simpler look for the garage.
Will I still be able to park in the garage?
That is part of the plan. We measure the parking space and door clearances first and size the cabinet depths so the cars still fit.
Do you work with my builder or general contractor?
Yes. We work alongside your contractor, designer and other trades, including on new construction and remodels.
How much do garage cabinets cost?
It depends on the length of the wall, the cabinet heights and the finish you choose. After a free consultation and measurement we give you a quote, and the 3D design lets you adjust the layout to fit your budget.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Conejo Woodworks holds California Contractors State License Board license #976852 (C-6 Cabinet, Millwork and Finish Carpentry).
