Westlake Village homes we work with

Westlake Village grew up as a planned community around Westlake Lake starting in the late 1960s. The City of Westlake Village, incorporated in 1981, is in Los Angeles County, while the Westlake neighborhoods on the Ventura County side of the line, including North Ranch, are part of Thousand Oaks. Nearby Lake Sherwood is another community we can reach easily.

The area mixes 1970s and 1980s homes around the lake with larger custom homes in the hills. Many of these houses have generous great rooms and dens that suit entertainment walls, fireplace surrounds, and built-in shelving, alongside kitchens and baths ready for a more current look.
