Newbury Park homes we work with
Newbury Park sits at the western end of the Conejo Valley and is part of the City of Thousand Oaks. Its homes span several eras: 1960s and 1970s neighborhoods such as Casa Conejo and the streets around Wendy Drive, later tract developments, and the newer Dos Vientos neighborhoods built in the 1990s and 2000s near Rancho Sierra Vista.
Older homes often come with compact kitchens and original bath cabinets that are ready for an update, while newer homes tend to have larger rooms that suit built-ins, islands, and walk-in closets. Either way, cabinetry built to the room makes the most of the space.
