Media walls for newer homes
The east end grew with mid-century and later tract neighborhoods, and their family rooms often have one long wall built for a TV. For media walls we plan the openings for the TV, speakers and components with you and coordinate with your electrician on outlet and cable locations.
Near the coast in Pierpont and the Ventura Keys, low consoles and open shelving can add storage without crowding a room that faces the water.

Built for the room it lives in
Built-ins are scribed to the floor, walls and ceiling so they look like part of the house, and the finish can match your trim or contrast with it. Boxes are hardwood plywood, doors come from Corona Millworks, and doors and drawers close on Blum soft-close hardware, with push-to-open TIP-ON fronts where you want a clean face. Small rooms, big gains
